Practice Experience
He has also worked on several transactions involving construction and engineering in major projects such as power, water and infrastructure, and counselled clients on bidding procedures for consultancy and construction work relating to these projects.
In addition, Mr. Tantoco advises clients on the development of natural gas pipeline projects, liquid fuel pipeline projects, geothermal drilling and compressed natural gas filling stations. His experience extends to the review of pending legislation and implementing regulations, particularly in respect of activities relating to energy and natural gas. His work required him to participate in various conferences and working groups on energy matters with representatives of the Department of Energy and other stakeholders.
Mr. Tantoco also advises clients on land and land related issues, including those related to the use of land for various infrastructure projects and the corresponding acquisition thereof. Mr. Tantoco also assists clients with their personal concerns, including family related matters and estate settlement.
