Atty. Alfred Benedict P. Deslate is one of TAVIDELL's Senior Associates. He joined the Firm in April 2022. He graduated from the Ateneo de Manila University School of Law in 2020. He took the 2020/21 Philippine Bar Examinations and was admitted to the Philippine Bar the same year.

Alfred Benedict P. Deslate
Practice Experience
While in law school, he handled cases of indigent clients in the Clinical Legal Education program of the Ateneo Legal Services Center. He was a legal intern in the Office of the Solicitor General in 2017.
As a law student, he competed in several debate competitions against debaters from other law schools. He also served as the Prime Minister of the Ateneo Law Debate and Advocacy Society from 2019 to 2020. He obtained his LL.M. in European and Global Law from the Universitat Pompeu Fabra in Barcelona, Spain in 2025.
Mr. Deslate's practice in the Firm include contracts, litigation, corporate governance, and special projects. He appears in judicial and quasi-judicial bodies in representation of the Firm's clients in civil, criminal, land registration, expropriation, and construction arbitration proceedings. He was able to do due diligence reviews for acquisitions in water and energy. He was involved in Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) contract negotiations, drafting, review, and execution in renewable energy projects, as well as the review of FIDIC contracts in public infrastructure projects.
