Alyanna Krista S. Fuego
Practice Experience
Through TAVIDELL as collaborating counsel, she recently represented intervenors in a Supreme Court case addressing significant constitutional issues.
Ms. Fuego's practice cuts across multiple sectors. She is immersed in corporate transactions, contracts, project development and financing, and project implementation. She likewise conducts due diligence work for land acquisition and registration. Ms. Fuego began her legal career as a Project Officer for a non-government organization's Access to Justice initiatives in response to the War on Drugs. She was a Junior Associate at a Makati-based law firm before joining TAVIDELL in September 2024.
