Practice Experience
Her practice is anchored in civil and criminal litigation-acting both as private prosecutor and defense counsel-as well as in land acquisition, land registration, property development, and providing general counsel to retainer clients across various legal areas. Diannee also manages labor cases, intellectual property matters, supports corporate and commercial matters, and contributes to special projects in infrastructure, energy, and regulatory sectors.
Ms. Romano plays a key role in developing legal strategies, conducting detailed legal research, and preparing pleadings, memoranda, contracts, and other critical legal documents to effectively represent clients. She regularly conducts due diligence audits and corporate housekeeping. Additionally, she provides clear legal advice, handles client queries, and prepares well-founded legal opinions on a broad range of matters.
Throughout her career, Diannee has successfully represented clients before trial courts, the Office of the Prosecutor, and various administrative and quasi-judicial bodies, handling numerous cases with competence and professionalism. Ms. Romano is a member of the Philippine Bar and the PPLM (Parañaque, Pasay, Las Piñas, Muntinlupa) Chapter of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines.
