Practice Experience
Aside from preparing pleadings and appearing before courts and tribunals, Evan is also involved in negotiating and reviewing contracts and performing corporate due diligence.
Evan earned his Juris Doctor degree from the Far Eastern University - Institute of Law where he was accepted as an Entrance Scholar and graduated Second Honors. He comes from a family of lawyers, and worked at his family's law office where he assisted with the drafting of pleadings, contracts, and letters, and also conducted legal research and answered legal queries of clients.
For his internships during his undergraduate and law school years, Evan worked with political prisoners and persons deprived of liberty, through handling case files, conducting court and jail visits, answering legal queries and conducting paralegal trainings.
