Hanna Maria Nica M. Almirez
Practice Experience
As a Junior Partner, Ms. Almirez oversees clients' compliance with reportorial requirements to the Securities and Exchange Commission, and recently, she was a part of the team handling an airport project for the firm.
She handles cases involving succession and family law, labor law, commercial arbitration, legislative work and adversarial litigation. In that capacity, she transacts regularly with such agencies as the Metropolitan Waterworks and Sewerage System, the Office of the Government Corporate Counsel, the Clark International Airport Company, and the National Water Resources Board.
Very recently, Ms. Almirez participated as counsel in an international arbitration in Singapore. Ms. Almirez is a member of the Philippine Bar and the Quezon Province Chapter of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines.
