Managing Partner
Reagan De Guzman is the Managing Partner of the firm. He heads the firm's litigation practice, representing clients in almost all of Tavidell's practice areas in civil, criminal and administrative cases involving difficult and complex legal issues.

Reagan F. De Guzman
Practice Experience
Mr. De Guzman is also in charge of assisting clients in business and project development from locating potential project sites to permitting process, to construction and commercial operation and to regulatory and compliance monitoring. Some of the projects that he has overseen are energy generation projects using traditional fuel and renewable energy source and transmission lines and pipeline projects.
He handles real estate acquisition and development projects, condominiums and subdivision projects, industrial parks and economic zones. He assists clients engage in the telecommunications and technology business, as well as manufacturing and trading businesses of clients. Mr. De Guzman is in charge of providing the legal framework and guidelines to be observed in project development, land and rights of way acquisitions, and obtaining the necessary endorsement and approval from the affected communities, local government units, and national agencies. He assists clients in crisis management and in implementing risk mitigation measures.
Mr. De Guzman is a member of the Philippine Bar and the Makati City Chapter of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines.
