We assist clients on all aspects of Philippine taxation, both national and local – implement tax filing and payment transactions with the Bureau of Internal Revenue (“BIR”) and assessors’/treasurer’s offices of LGUs; handle tax refund and assessment cases both before the BIR and local tax units; represent clients before the Court of Tax Appeals, local tax courts and appellate courts; request for BIR rulings; handle tax-free exchange transactions; advise on tax matters; and handle estate planning and settlement.
