ALAN TANTOCO is significantly involved in documenting joint venture and shareholder transactions and in the review of project and financing agreements. He has worked on transactions involving construction and engineering in major projects such as power, water and infrastructure, and counseled clients on bidding procedures for consultancy and construction work. He also advises clients about development of natural gas pipeline projects, liquid fuel pipeline projects and compressed natural gas filling stations

Mr. Tantoco was deeply involved in the drafting, review and negotiation of contracts for the commercial operation of a major tollway project in 2005. He has also advised PIDC, the concessionaire for the TLEX Project, a major tollway project under the build-transfer-operate scheme of the Philippine Government, in connection with its design and construction-related issues and transactions

He has also worked and counseled clients on transactions involving on-line games and related merchandising and the distribution of fast-moving consumer goods within and outside the Philippines.
