Practice Experience

Marl Chester Ti is largely involved in TAVIDELL’s litigation practice. He prepares pleadings and represents, clients before different courts and administrative agencies. His litigation expertise covers family law, immigration, labor & human resource and intellectual property, among others.

Mr. Ti’s corporate practice, meanwhile, centers on organizational transactions and upkeep. This includes corporate housekeeping, drafting and review of contracts, preparing legal opinions and conducting due diligence audits. His corporate work also covers tax assessments and documentation and representation before the Bureau of Internal Revenue.

He is currently assisting clients with their project development and the entire process of property acquisition from oculars and bidding to titling.
