REAGAN DE GUZMAN is the Managing Partner of the firm. He heads the firm’s litigation practice, representing clients in almost all of TAVIDELL’s practice areas in civil, criminal and administrative cases involving difficult and complex legal issues.

He has extensive exposure and experience in the field of property and project development. He participates in the international financing of major projects by undertaking comprehensive legal and corporate due diligence and compliance monitoring work from project development stage to project financing.

He is in charge of providing the legal framework and guidelines to be observed in land and rights of way acquisitions, community relations and obtaining the necessary endorsement and clearances from the affected communities and local government units. In this capacity, Mr. De Guzman handles numerous land registration and expropriation cases and makes the necessary representations to concerned government agencies to procure the relevant permits under time-constrained milestones.

Mr. De Guzman is currently engaged in setting up the necessary corporate structures for corporations engaged in telecommunications, wireless businesses and web-based technology companies. He serves as the corporate secretary of several Philippine corporations.
