Vanessa Gaye De Veyra-Claudio’s exposure and experience lies in the field of labor & employment, civil litigation, criminal litigation both as private prosecutor and defense counsel, insurance, energy, taxation, corporate organization, land acquisition & registration, property development, and general counseling of retainer clients in various areas of the law.
Mrs. De Veyra-Claudio drafts and prepares various papers and pleadings to be filed in both regular and appellate courts, and quasi-judicial bodies such as the National Labor Relations Commission, the Energy Regulatory Commission, and the Professional Regulatory Commission. She regularly represents and appears in behalf of clients before trial courts, the Office of the Prosecutor, and a number of administrative bodies and quasi-judicial bodies, wherein she has so far, in her legal career, competently and successfully handled a number of cases. She also conducts due diligence audits and corporate housekeeping and regularly prepares, drafts, reviews, evaluates, and negotiates various contracts and legal documents for clients. She likewise handles legal queries, renders legal advice, and prepares legal opinions on a wide array of legal matters.
Mrs. Claudio is a member of the Philippine Bar and the Makati City Chapter of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines.
