Since 2008, we have been advising clients in connection with securitization transactions pursuant to the Securitization Act of 2004 and its implementing rules and regulations, involving assets of varying types. In this regard, we were involved in the formulation and drafting of securitization plans, liaising with the SEC in connection with all required approvals, and the drafting and negotiation with all parties of the transactional agreements needed to effect the securitization plans.
